Caraway-Rye Bread |
Ingredient List:
- 1.25 cups water
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
- 2.5 cups Bread Machine flour
- 3/4 cup Rye flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2.75 teaspoons regular active dry yeast OR
- 2.5 teaspoons bread machine or quick-acting active dry yeast
The Caraway seed may be omitted for seedless rye bread.
Bake on Whole Wheat Bread cycle
